About the Client 

The client is a prominent organization in the Indian railway transport industry, operating a major depot with over 170 employees. The depot oversees critical activities such as shunting, stabling, inspection, rolling stock maintenance, and yard management. With high volumes of daily locomotive movements, the client needed a partner capable of ensuring uninterrupted operations, maintaining safety compliance, and managing aging infrastructure with efficiency. 

The Challenge 

The client’s operations were impacted by several ongoing challenges. During the recent monsoon season, the depot was exposed to potential flood damage, particularly to sensitive electrical components and control circuits.
