We at UDS offer a comprehensive and integrated facility management services for Information Technology (IT), Information Technology Enabled Services (ITES), Manufacturing, Hospitality and other industries.

Broadly our services are classified into soft, hard, hospitality and staffing solutions.

Soft services include housekeeping, janitorial, garden management, pest control, waste management, vendor management, cleaning and mail room services.

Hard services are mechanical and electrical services, HVAC (operation and maintenance), water management, plumbing, energy/safety audit, design erection, installation, testing and commissioning.

We are also the largest staffing solutions provider amongst the facility management companies. Our other service offering is in the hospitality field which includes catering solutions for Chennai based corporates. With offices in twelve cities and more than 17,500 employees in our rolls, we as industry leader offer varied solutions to a host of multinational and Indian corporates across the country.
